Originally from Opelika, AL, I have lived in the Nashville, TN area since 2007. I have been a Trauma Informed* Christian Coach** since 2024.

Beyond my formal credentials, I have dedicated the past ten plus years to my own personal recovery from trauma and behavioral addictions, working closely with various professional therapists. During this time, I've also had the privilege of walking alongside numerous men on their own journeys of healing and growth as they seek freedom from pornography and sexual addictions.
